Speaking to reporters, Dhami said that he has instructed the District Adminstration to assess all villages where the incidents took place and directions have been provided to help all the people who have been affected by the calamity.
“A lot of damage has occurred due to the cloudburst and heavy rains. I have instructed the District Adminstration to assess all villages where the incidents took place and directions have been provided to help all the people who have been affected by the calamity,” Dhami said.
Further, he added that officials have also been instructed to alert the residents of the village of the occurrence of any such natural calamities beforehand.
Dhami said “Officials have also been instructed to alert the residents of the village of occurrence of any such natural calamities beforehand. The rehabilitation work will be undertaken immediately and I want to assure the people that the damages caused will be compensated by the government.”

On Reaching Ghutthu-Panjya-Devling under Tehri district, the CM conducted a field inspection of the relief and rescue operations going on in the disaster-affected areas. During this, he met the affected people and assured them of all possible help.
Instructions have been given to the officials to take the affected people to a safe place and make proper arrangements for their food and accommodation. Along with this, the officials have been instructed to speed up the reconstruction work by submitting the assessment report of the affected areas.
Earlier today, CM Dhami spoke on the relief work being done by the government and administration to mitigate the damage caused in the Ghansali area of Tehri district.
