New Delhi [India], November 11 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday extended birthday greetings to Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and wished for his “long and healthy life.”
PM Modi also appreciated the efforts he has made towards the development and empowerment of Nagaland.
In a social media post on X, PM Modi wrote, “Birthday greetings to Shri Neiphiu Rio Ji, the Chief Minister of Nagaland. He is at the forefront of numerous efforts to further develop Nagaland and empower the people. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life. @Neiphiu_Rio”

Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh also extended birthday greetings to the Nagaland Chief Minister and wished for his good health and long life.
“Best Birthday wishes to Sh @Neiphiu_Rio, CM, #Nagaland. May you be blessed with good health and long life,” Singh posted on X.
Neiphiu Rio, is the founder of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP), a major regional party in the political domain of Nagaland. He is currently serving as the Chief Minister of Nagaland. He has served as Chief Minister of Nagaland for three terms from 2003-08, 2008-13 and 2013-14, making him the only Nagaland Chief Minister to have served three consecutive terms. (ANI)
